Gazebos are a popular medium of outdoor advertising and quite effective to get desired exposure for your brand. Digitalpress presents Robuste Promotional Tent 2m x 2m, a customisable and commercial-grade branded gazebo that is ideal for outdoor events such as expositions, fêtes, country shows, carnivals and more. Standard custom printed canopy is supplied with our Robuste Tents as it provides shelter from rainfall or sunlight while offering top quality branding to make your brand presence felt among the plethora of contenders. 

600d Oxford Polyester fabric with a PU lamination is used to print our custom tent canopy and walls thus making it both anti-UV and water resistant while preventing colours from fading away. The gazebos we sell are printed using dye-sublimation technique so the design is directly printed onto the fabric producing vivid artwork that is resilient to external conditions and has a great shelf life. An additional lining is added to the tent roof that covers up the stitching to make the canopy roof leak proof.

Two persons can conveniently set up the Robuste Promotional Tent 2m x 2m in less than 10 minutes and after use, the gazebo frame can dismantle and pack away back into place. At this step, it is easier to handle the canopy and valance as the framework is at a low-level, so we suggest that the roof be set up at this stage. Once positioned well, you can lift up the legs and set them into place. After this, the walls are attached with Velcro at the sides and Velcro along the top. We also provide ground pegs and guide ropes to help you secure the gazebo. We recommend that you buy 12.5kg leg weights to fasten the tent securely to the ground.

Once you have put up the gazebo, make sure that your printed canopy is balanced accurately by twisting the flexible crank placed at the center of the frame. This will stiffen the roof pitch and your gazebo will be erected tall and firm giving a professional look to visitors.

Suitable for regular use at marketing campaigns and promotional events, our Robuste gazebos are made from top quality 40mm hexagonal frame that comes with steel stabilising feet. Each foot constitutes 3 anchoring holes for locking the tent to soft surfaces such as on grass or soil. We also provide guy ropes that offer extra steadiness. It is highly recommended that gazebo weights be used at a proportion of one per leg while it is put up outside. They need to be combined with pegs and guy ropes. When it is properly anchored, the gazebos can endure wind speeds up to 13-18 mph/21-29 kph.

As our protocol, we supply one frame, wheeled bag, tent peg and guy rope set as well as a customary printed canopy valance along with our Robuste branded gazebo. You can add walls by selecting from half walls or full walls in single or double-sided print to customise the gazebo as per your requirements for the event. The single-sided print gives a see-through effect on reverse, while dual-sided walls do not, so you can promote two designs simultaneously on one wall. Half walls are connected via a mounting bar that sits across the middle of the wall. The half-wall mount bar glides via a pole pocket at the top of the printed graphic and is linked to each frame leg. Velcro tabs grip the wall in position down on each side. You can adjust the interchangeable printed walls on any of the four sides. Let us know in advance whether you want your printed side facing inwards, or outwards while placing the order if you go for single-sided walls.

The Robuste Promotional Gazebo 2m x 2m comes with lightweight; aluminium scissor frame that inflates and pops into place. After which, the printed valance is positioned over the frame top and is held in position with robust Velcro corners and roof ties. You can fully broaden the tent frame and lift it to one of four height settings after the gazebo roof fits well in place. Then printed walls are affixed to the covering using a Velcro strap along the top edge linking the wall to the tent roof. After this, Velcro tabs are fastened to the edges and can be connected to the frame legs. The full walls have velcro so they can be attached to several walls thus making your tent safer.

We supply a black nylon transport bag along with every frame to facilitate convenient shipping and storage for those who juggle between multiple events. The tent comes with smooth glide wheels positioned at the base of the bag so the tent frame can be moved around effortlessly with minimum labour thus making it easier to comply with any Health and Safety regulations.
