We use 600D Oxford polyester fabric with a PU laminate for our custom tent canopy and walls, ensuring they are anti-UV and water-resistant while also keeping the colours vibrant and fade-free. We craft our custom gazebos using a dye-sublimation technique, which prints the design directly onto the fabric. This results in vibrant artwork that withstands the elements and boasts impressive longevity. The tent roof incorporates a bonus lining that effectively conceals the stitching and ensures the canopy roof is leakproof. It takes less than 10 minutes for two people to set up the custom Robuste promotional tent (2 m x 2 m)! Once completed, the gazebo frame effortlessly disassembles and neatly packs away for future use. At this point, the low-positioned framework makes managing the canopy and valance effortless. We recommend setting up the roof now for optimal ease. After getting everything in the right spot, you can raise the legs and secure them in position. Next, we’ll secure the walls using Velcro on the sides and along the top for a snug fit. We've got you covered with ground pegs and guide ropes to ensure your gazebo stays securely in place. For optimal stability, consider picking up 12.5 kg of leg weights to anchor your tent firmly to the ground. After assembling your custom gazebo, adjust the flexible crank at the frame's centre to perfectly balance your printed canopy. This will enhance the roof pitch, ensuring your gazebo stands tall and sturdy, creating a polished appearance for all who visit. Perfect for your marketing campaigns and promotional events, our personalised Robuste gazebos feature a high-quality, 40-mm hexagonal frame complete with sturdy steel stabiliser feet. Each foot features three anchoring holes designed to firmly secure the tent to soft surfaces like grass or soil. We also offer guy ropes that provide added stability. Using custom gazebo weights is a smart move—aim for one weight per leg when setting it up outdoors! It's essential to pair them with pegs and guy ropes. When securely anchored, gazebos can withstand wind speeds ranging from 13 to 18 mph, or 21 to 29 kph. We provide a complete package that includes one frame, a wheeled bag, a tent peg, and a guy rope set, plus a stylish printed canopy valance, all featuring our custom Robuste-branded gazebo. Customise your gazebo for the event by choosing from half-walls or full-walls, available in single-sided or double-sided print.  It's all about making it your own! A single-sided print produces an eye-catching see-through effect on the back, while dual-sided walls lack this feature, enabling you to display two designs simultaneously on a single wall. Half-walls come together with a mounting bar that spans the centre of the wall.  The half-wall mount bar smoothly slides through a pole pocket located at the top of the printed graphic, connecting to each frame leg. Velcro tabs hold the wall securely in place on each side. You can adjust the interchangeable printed walls on any of the four sides. Please inform us ahead of time if you prefer your printed side to face inwards or outwards when placing your order for single-sided walls.
