We craft our custom tent canopy and walls from 600D Oxford polyester fabric with PU lamination, which ensures their anti-UV and water-resistant properties and effectively prevents colour fading. We use a dye-sublimation technique for our gazebos, which directly prints the design onto the fabric. This process results in vibrant artwork that withstands external conditions and boasts an impressive shelf life. We incorporate a supplementary lining into the tent roof to conceal the stitching, ensuring the canopy roof is leak-proof. Two individuals can efficiently assemble the gazebo in less than 10 minutes, and after use, they can disassemble and store the frame neatly. At this stage, the lower level of the framework makes managing the canopy and valance more straightforward. Therefore, we advise installing the roof now. Once properly positioned, you can elevate the legs and secure them in place. Next, use Velcro to secure the walls along the sides and across the top. We offer ground pegs and guide ropes to assist you in securing the gazebo. Once you've set up the personalised Robuste 3x3 Printed Tent, adjust the flexible crank at the centre of the frame to properly balance your printed canopy. By enhancing the roof pitch, you can construct your gazebo tall and sturdy, leaving an impressive impression on visitors. Our custom Robuste Gazebos, designed for frequent use in marketing campaigns and promotional events, boasts a high-quality 40mm hexagonal frame with steel stabilising feet and a 1.1mm scissor-action roof. Each foot features three anchor holes designed for securing the tent to soft surfaces, including grass or soil. We also offer guy ropes that enhance stability. It is advisable to use gazebo weights at a ratio of one per leg when setting them up outdoors.  It is essential to combine them with pegs and guy ropes. When adequately secured, the gazebos can withstand wind speeds ranging from 13 to 18 mph (21 to 29 kph). Following our protocol, we provide one frame, a wheeled bag, a tent peg, and a guy rope set, as well as a standard printed canopy valance alongside our custom Robuste Branded Gazebo. You can customise the gazebo to meet your event requirements by choosing between half or full walls in either single-sided or double-sided print. The single-sided print creates a see-through effect on the reverse side, whereas dual-sided walls do not. This allows for the promotion of two designs simultaneously on a single wall. A centrally positioned mounting bar joins the half walls. Each frame leg connects to the half-wall mount bar, which operates through a pole pocket at the top of the printed graphic. Velcro tabs secure the wall in place on each side. You can adjust the interchangeable printed walls on any of the four sides. Please inform us in advance of your preference for the orientation of the printed side—whether it should face inwards or outwards—when placing your order for single-sided walls. The custom Robuste 3x3 Printed Gazebo features a lightweight aluminium scissor frame that inflates and assembles effortlessly. Next, you place the printed valance over the top of the frame and secure it in place using durable Velcro corners and roof ties. Once the gazebo roof is securely in position, you can completely expand the tent frame and adjust it to one of four height settings. A Velcro strap along the top edge secures the printed walls to the covering, connecting them to the tent roof. Next, we secure Velcro tabs to the edges, which you can then attach to the frame legs. The complete walls feature velcro, allowing them to be securely fastened to various walls and thereby enhancing the safety of your tent. A black nylon transport bag accompanies each frame, ensuring convenient shipping and storage for individuals managing multiple events. A knob at the top of the bag and wheels at the base of the tent enables effortless movement of the tent frame with minimal effort. This design facilitates adherence to health and safety regulations.
