When you place an order with Digitalpress (UK), you accept our Terms and Conditions as explained below. Please read them cautiously and save a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not influence your constitutional rights.
Our malfunction to be firm upon stern performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of our rights or remedies with reference to any present or future default of the Client in performance or conformity with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Even though we guarantee that the goods will, at the time of delivery, match up to the depiction given by us, all products we sell are of a technical nature and so it is not feasible to publish comprehensive features of all the goods.
All images, explanatory matter, specifications, and marketing are for the only objective of giving estimated information of the goods.
We hold the right to modify any particulars of products marketed without notice and while every attempt is made to depict goods correctly in the advertisement, no assurance is given as to precision and no liability will be admitted for error of oversight and any resultant loss.
All artwork by customers has to be supplied in CMYK format. Digitalpress (UK) cannot be held accountable for any colour change that may arise when switching from RGB to CMYK. All artwork must be supplied as 300dpi Hi-Res PDF's. Digitalpress (UK) is not answerable for images that may print blurred or pixelated owing to the client supplied artwork if it is supplied less than 300dpi.
We need 3mm bleed on all margins if the document requires this. If you are not sure of the term 'bleed' then please contact one of our sales staff. If the artwork supplied is not 'print ready' then Digitalpress (UK) will reach out to you so you can re-supply or make modifications and will attempt to move your order through to the print process as soon as possible.
In most instances, Digitalpress (UK) will alter your artwork for you without any fee if it is a simple amendment. However, we may have to charge for variations, which cannot be corrected quickly. We will inform you about any costs in advance. Any setbacks in artwork not being provided 'print ready' can result in your order missing the planned dispatch date.
Any complaints whatsoever must be made within 24 hours upon the receipt of your goods. Any grievances made after this time are invalid of any right to reimbursement or reprint. We possess the right to settle any complaint at our own prudence and we will not be responsible for any loss of earnings, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of repute, loss of clientele, loss of use or loss of a prospect even if we had awareness that such harm or loss might occur or for any indirect, accompanying, special or significant damages or loss however arising, including without limitation violation of agreement, neglect, wilful act or default.
Customers must inform Digitalpress (UK) in writing or through email within five business days of delivery of any defects found in the finished products. To be entitled to receive replacements, a consumer must return 95% of the delivered product within 5 days of delivery. Digitalpress shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses borne by the customer or any other person or 3rd party company emerging directly or indirectly out of any print mistake.
In the incident that we have printed a document inaccurately and it is discovered to be our fault, then we are accountable to provide a full re-print with no charge to the client. If the customer wants to modify the artwork before the re-print then this will be considered as a fresh order and so the customer will be subsequently charged for the same.
Any alterations in the needed quantity must be done in writing through email before the processing begins. Any additions in size of the order must be taken as a separate contract except if written communication is received before work starts on the original order. We hold the right to modify the delivery date settled in the beginning owing to our having to possibly order in additional materials to attain a desired bigger quantity.
We shall be deemed to have executed our contract by delivery of a quantity up to 5% in addition or less of the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the agreement price for the quantity delivered.
We cannot offer assurance of the paper quality of what was printed in the past or of a sample that was sent to you as we purchase from various source of paper mills and vendors and store a big number of paper palates. Seller to seller's paper may differ in terms of features of paper for example its smoothness, coarseness, colour, grain, etc.
We cannot provide 100% security of the paper grams (GSM) as we purchase from paper dealer with a certificate of paper grams. (+ -) 5% discrepancy of paper grams (GSM) can arise due to huge size of paper procurement from various sellers.
